My phone is faulty, I cannot access my Apple ID. How can I remove my iCloud account?

  1. Turn off your device
  2. Use a laptop or computer Log in to www.icloud.com with your Apple ID and password
  3. Click Find my iPhone and select the iPhone you would like to remove from All Devices
  4. Click the X to remove and then select Remove to confirm

My phone is locked to a network, can I still sell it?

Yes you can as long as it's locked to a Uk network.

Do you accept fake phones?

NO, we do not accept fake or counterfeit phones.

Do I need to wipe the data and on my phone before sending?

Yes, you must delete all personal files, messages, photos, videos etc.

Do I need to remove sim/memory cards?

Yes, you must remove both sim and memory cards before sending us your device.

My phone battery is fully flat is it still classed as working?

Yes as long as the phone works you can still sell it as working.
