FAQ - Payment

When will I receive my payment?

Once we have received and tested your mobile phone we will pay by cheque same day first class post or same day bank transfer.

I've lost my cheque, can I get it replaced?

We can reissue a new cheque at cost of £6 (this amount will be deducted from the cheque value).

How do I know I have been paid?

We will send you email confirmation alternatively You can find out online my account on our website.

How will I be paid?

We will pay you by cheque or bank transfer depending on your chosen option at the time of placing your order.

I've not been paid for all my mobile phones I sent?

When we receive your mobile phone they are processed separately, some phones take longer to process than others just go to my account and check status of each handset.

I have not received my cheque what shall I do?

If you not received your cheque within 5 working days it could be possible it's lost in post, please get in touch we can reissue the payment.
