Each phone/device should be:

Brand New

  • New sealed in box
  • Fully operational
  • Comes with usb and plug
  • Must not be blacklisted
  • Must be in original manufacture's box

Important note : we carry out network carrier checks on all brand new devices, this may delay the processing time by 1-2 days.

Working

  • Must be able switch on/off
  • Device must be complete with all buttons and sim tray.
  • Must not be liquid damaged
  • Must have working screen without cracks or defects
  • Must have working touch screen without cracks or chips
  • Must not have bent housing

Faulty

  • Must be intact not bent, snapped or crushed
  • Must not have missing parts
  • Must not be liquid damaged
  • Must not be beyond economical repair
  • All iCloud and google accounts removed
  • Must not have any previous repair attempts

Example of faulty devices

  • Charging issue

Pricing

We offer amazing prices on our website, prices are inc VAT (where applicable) please note all of prices are subject to change at anytime without prior notice.

All prices quoted on our website are guaranteed for 14 days only, if your phone / device received after 14 days of placing order current prices will apply.

Payment and processing

We offer payment via cheque or bank transfer, you can choose the payment

Method at time of placing your order, please note once you placed the order payment method cannot be changed.

Cheques will be sent out by Royal Mail first class post on the same day we process your order.

Bank transfer will be issues after we process your order and will take up to 24hr reaching your account

We aim to process all devices within 3-7 days

Postage & Packaging

We have various postage options including free postage or royal signed 48 hour.

You will to need send your package, with mobile / device and sales order to a Royal Mail post office, you must keep proof of receipt and tracking number

We cannot be held responsible for any handset for non delivery or damage in transit. We highly recommend that you send any high value goods via Royal Mail special delivery.

Events outside our control
